How to order online
- Shop by clicking on the the image of the product in the online store section or click on ‘Detail’.
- Specify quantity required. Fabric is available in .25 metre increments.
- Click ‘Add to Cart‘.
- Select ‘Continue Shopping’ or ‘Checkout‘
- Complete required details ~ click ‘Next‘
- Nominate method of payment – PayPal or Direct Deposit ~ Tick the ‘Term & Conditions” box ~ click ‘Next’
- Postal Charges will be shown ~ click ‘Next’
- Confirm Order
What are the payment options?
- PayPal ~ safely and securely pay via PayPal using your credit card or existing PayPal account. If you’ve not used PayPal before, you will find it very user friendly receiving step-by-step instruction from PayPal.

You will receive an order summary and reference number via email as soon as you have placed your order.
Your order will then be shipped within 48 hours provided the goods are in stock. We will contact you if the goods are out of stock to discuss availability.

How are products delivered?
- Threadbear intends to process and send your order within 48 hours of receiving it by email. If a product ordered is not in stock, we will notify you by email immediately and advise you of the availability of the item.
Delivery Charges - We use Australia Post for local and international deliveries and find this to be a reliable and cost effective service. We charge only for the postage and packaging with no handling fees. Our postage charges are determined by the weight of your order and the destination. This amount is calculated when you proceed to checkout and is added to your total.
- Small goods may be posted as a ‘letter’ and will have no tracking.
- All parcels within Australia and Internationally are sent with tracking. Contact us by email if you wish to receive the tracking details.
Delivery Times - Please allow 3 working days for orders within Australia.
- For orders outside of Australia, please allow for 5-15 days from the date of posting. All packages are sent by air mail. Orders will not be sent until payment has been processed.
What if I need to return my product?
Most items may be returned, in the original condition (not cut, washed or dyed) for a refund or credit to your account within 14 days {within Australia — 4 weeks outside of Australia} of receipt of order.
Books, patterns and magazines may not be returned due to copyright laws. Any refund of shipping charges will only be on the basis of the return being due to our error.
The original invoice or a copy must accompany all returns. After a return has been received, it will take up to five business days to process. Refund will be made in the manner of payment; i.e. via credit card or cheque. Shipping charges are not included in refunds.
